Cheers and happy holidays! It was announced today that the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Paris has come to a successful conclusion. Headlines are touting an “historic turning point” in turning the tide on global warming. I hope so. Today in Minnesota it is an eerily warm 44 degrees. The average high for this day is 26 degrees fahrenheit. It has yet to get cold here. The grass is green and it is raining. It is hard to get into a “winter wonderland” mindset. So I have decided to start a series that has nothing to do with the seasons, but an overall “Minnesota” theme. I hope to have the series done for an exhibit I will be in at the fabulous Anderson Center in Redwing (April 8 – June 17). I will post snippets of this work as it comes to life. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy a few recently completed works.
