Hanging out at Your Art’s Desire

Your Art’s Desire gallery is a well curated gallery and frame shop located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. I’m happy to have numerous works hanging out there for the summer in this locally owned gem.  Their current exhibit “Hesitant Hues” (there’s a story behind that title and someone is going to tell it to you) runs until the end of July (although I will be a hanger-on until the end of August). So, stop by and check out the exhibit before summer slips away (also featuring artists Joe Reinke, Linda Deg Lee, Jill Van Sickle, Natasha Poppe, Ken Herren, Kariann Blank and Rick Brack). The exhibit, is perfectly described by gallery co-owner, Melissa Herren:

“With such a hesitant spring, we have ushered in an exhibition that does nothing but revel in all things summer. We are calling this exhibition: …hesitant hues… It is all the signs of emerging growth, water, and play, But as this spring has taught us, this exhibition is filled with quiet anticipation, moments of spontaneous fun, and intimate glimpses into nature’s capacity for change. When summer feels merely a flirtation, come to the gallery and bask in our local talents’ very own experience of what could be.”
